Vidago Palace Hotel

In the North of Portugal, located about one hour from the city of Oporto, a palace was born, which took on new life, later becoming a luxury resort. Built in 1910, at the end of the Belle Époque, in a parkland of several hectares, the Vidago Palace became right away a favourite destnaton of the Portuguese elite of the tme, having become a symbolic place of a certain lifestyle and a certain European culture. At the entrance of the Vidago Palace park and near the hotel, a large single-storey building, which used to be the old Vidago thermal centre, was transformed into the conference center. This large, beautful building ofers rooms and ballrooms of diferent sizes for all types of events: conferences, seminars, colloquiums, internatonal meetngs, festvals, artstc events (theatre, cinema, etc.), product launches.

The Vidago Palace Hotel Golf Course is the ideal place for anyone wanting to combine golf with relaxation and tranquillity. Opened in 1936, with a course designed by the Scottish specialist Philip Mackenzie Ross, the Vidago Palace Hotel Golf Course was renovated in 2010 by Cameron Powell, who made it even more challenging.
